Mettle Craft Manufacturing is a Joint Venture between Mettle Ops and Prosper Tech Machine and Tool.
The Build-to-Print solicitation was awarded to Mettle Craft Manufacturing for the build and fabrication of parts, components, and assemblies based on Government-provided drawings, models, technical data packages or Indented Bills of Material. It is a five-year Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (MA IDIQ) contract for Women Owned Small Businesses. The purpose of the contract is to provide surge support for Build-to-Print component requirements through fabrication and manufacturing for the Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) Ground Vehicle System Center (GVSC), previously known as TARDEC. This contract supplies mechanical parts and assemblies including mechanical fabrication, machining, assembly, procurement, verification, quality control & assurance, packaging, kitting and shipping.

Complete Mettle (MO and MCM Learning)
Complete Mettle, LLC is a Joint Venture between Bigelow Family Holdings LLC DBA Mettle Ops and MCM Learning. Mettle Ops offers Engineering Services and Program Management, and MCM Learning offers training manual and technical publication, technical writing, translation, performance improvement, instructor led training, and instructional design. Together as a Joint Venture, Complete Mettle LLC collaborates to achieve program goals through development, production, deployment, operations, and support while maintaining clear, transparent communication and coordination with our government customers in various Department of Defense (DoD) program execution and contract offices.
